Private files, Notes and Confirmations
A public Live Share link is not the Files screen and does not expose private uploaded documents. Notes are omitted when Notes is off. If Notes is on but Confirmations is off or not explicitly enabled, the affected free-text Notes field is withheld. Unstructured notes stay private when Confirmations is off.

Getting started and plans
Can I start without paying?
Yes. Starter lets you organize one limited real trip so you can prove the workflow before choosing a paid plan.
What is included in Starter?
Starter includes one trip with the current day and itinerary-item limits, plus the core manual workspace, mobile access, and a read-only offline snapshot. Documents, collaboration, Live Share, import tools, and full Trip Packet tools are paid features.
What is the difference between Standard and Premium?
Standard is the complete core paid workspace with documents, collaboration, Live Share, and Trip Packet tools. Premium adds higher document limits, email import, AI Document Import, and included AI Trip Builds.
Do I need AI Trip Build?
No. You can create and edit a trip manually. AI Trip Build is an optional first-draft workflow, and every result should be reviewed and edited.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Available plan and provider-management options appear in account settings and follow the provider that manages the subscription.

Which plan includes document uploads?
Standard and Premium include supported document uploads, each with the limits shown in the plan matrix.
Which plan includes email import?
Premium includes forwarding eligible confirmations to a private trip address and reviewing proposed details before they enter the trip.
Are uploaded documents visible in public Live Share?
No. Public Live Share is a separate read-only view, and private uploaded documents are excluded.
