Do I need to purchase before creating a trip?
No. Start with one limited Starter guide, then upgrade if the trip needs paid capacity or tools.
Can I create a trip manually?
Yes. Manual creation is the core workflow; AI Trip Build is optional.
Can I add a hotel I booked elsewhere?
Yes. Add the stay and its practical details without changing where it was booked or managed.
Can I add activities booked outside Trip Guide Creator?
Yes. Add activities manually with timing, location, provider, notes, and booking details.
Can I edit an AI-generated trip?
Yes. AI Trip Build creates an editable first draft, not a locked itinerary.
Which plan do I need for each workflow?
Starter supports a limited manual guide, Standard adds the core paid document and sharing workspace, and Premium adds higher document capacity plus email and AI import workflows.
Files, imports and booking providers
How do Viator bookings work?
Eligible experiences open through Viator. Viator controls checkout, availability, price, cancellation, refunds, and fulfillment. Supported booking details may return to the trip.
Can I upload confirmation documents?
Standard and Premium can upload supported private documents within their plan limits.
How does Premium email import work?
Forward an eligible confirmation to the private trip address, then review, edit, approve, or reject the proposed details.
Does imported information change my itinerary automatically?
The Premium workflow uses a review queue. Travelers should verify proposed details before approving them.
Can I share the trip without sharing private documents?
Yes. Public Live Share is read-only and excludes private uploaded documents.
