Trip Guide Creator is a private travel command center for building day-by-day itineraries, keeping confirmations and documents with the right trip, sharing plans, and using AI when you want help creating a first draft.

Can I use it on my phone?
Yes. Trip Guide Creator is mobile-friendly and can be installed to your phone home screen on supported browsers. Your trips stay tied to your account across devices.
Mobile and install helpDo I have to use AI?
No. You can create trips yourself, import a structured itinerary, or add details day by day. AI Trip Build is optional and is meant to save time when you want a structured first draft.
Compare the optionsCan Trip Guide Creator add Viator tours to my itinerary?
When you open a Viator tour from inside TGC, eligible booking data may sync back and add the tour to the correct day. Viator still manages checkout, payment timing, cancellations, refunds, and provider changes. If you cancel or change a tour, update or delete the item in TGC if it does not update automatically.

How much is the app?
Standard starts with a 7-day free trial, then continues at $2.99 per month or $25 per year until canceled. Premium is available for travelers who want higher limits, included AI Trip Builds, and more ways to import real trip details.
What is included with Premium?
Premium includes the Standard workspace, higher document limits, monthly AI Trip Build credits, Premium email import for forwarded confirmations, and AI Document Import for supported PDFs and images. Imported details are shown for your review before anything is added to your itinerary.
Premium detailsCan I forward travel confirmation emails into a trip?
Yes, with Premium. Each trip can have a private forwarding address. Forwarded confirmations go into a review queue so you can edit and approve suggested timeline details and supported attachments before they are added.
Email import helpWhat is the $15 AI Trip Build?
AI Trip Build is a one-time service that turns your trip details into an editable day-by-day draft for up to 15 travel days. Longer trips keep their full date range, with later days ready for you to complete in the planner.
How AI Trip Build worksCan I cancel?
Yes. You can manage billing from Settings. Canceling stops future renewals, and paid access continues through the end of the current paid billing period.
Cancellation helpAre refunds available?
Subscription and AI Trip Build fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or where the Refund & Cancellation Policy lists an exception.

Are my trips private?
Trips are private to your account unless you invite collaborators or create a public live share link. Uploaded documents are not included in public share links.

Yes. You can invite collaborators with account-based access or create a read-only public live itinerary link for trusted family, friends, or travel companions.
Sharing helpCan public share links see my documents?
No. Documents stay private to authorized trip travelers and are not shown through public live share links.
Document privacyHow do I contact support?
Use Contact support from the Help panel, Settings, or the Contact page. Include the page, trip name, account email, and what you expected to happen. Please do not send passwords or card numbers.
