How does Premium Email Import work?
Premium members can forward travel confirmation emails to a private trip address and review suggested imports before anything is added.
Open the trip's Email Imports page, copy the private forwarding address, and forward travel confirmations from a trusted email address. Trip Guide Creator stores the email privately, looks for practical travel details such as dates, times, confirmation numbers, meeting points, addresses, and supported attachments, then places the import in a review queue. You choose what to approve. Unknown senders are blocked until trusted, and public share links do not expose imported emails or private attachments.
