What file types and sizes are supported?
Document storage supports safe travel document file types with a 10 MB per-file limit.
Supported upload types include PDF, PNG, JPG/JPEG, WebP, TXT, DOC, and DOCX where allowed by the upload flow. AI Document Import currently supports only supported PDFs and images. Files over 10 MB are rejected.
