Information collected
Trip Guide Creator LLC collects information needed to operate the service, including account details such as username, name, email address, password hash, timezone, access type, subscription status, and support messages.
The app stores trip and itinerary data you choose to enter, including destinations, dates, day plans, stays, food ideas, budget entries, notes, shared-trip comments, booking details, confirmation details, imported itinerary text, and collaborator information.
If upload or import features are used, uploaded itinerary files, forwarded confirmation emails, raw email content, email metadata, or booking attachments may contain sensitive travel information. Trip Guide Creator processes those files or extracted text to provide the requested import or display feature.
Payment, subscription, and AI Trip Build information
Stripe handles checkout, payment methods, invoices, payment processing, and secure billing page functionality. Trip Guide Creator may store billing email, Stripe customer ID, Stripe subscription ID, subscription status, trial or access end date, cancellation status, and related billing audit events.
For AI Trip Build purchases, Trip Guide Creator may store intake details such as destinations, dates, traveler count, traveler type, interests, lodging details, arrival and departure details, food preferences, accessibility notes, special notes, and generation status.
Analytics, device, and browser data
The website may collect basic analytics, device, browser, and usage information such as pages viewed, approximate technical identifiers, browser type, device type, referral information, and performance or error signals.
This information is used to understand site behavior, improve reliability, troubleshoot issues, and protect the service.
How information is used
Your information is used to create and secure accounts, sign you in, save trip data, support shared-trip features, process uploads and imports, provide AI Trip Build generation, send service emails, manage subscriptions, handle support requests, maintain audit logs, prevent abuse, and improve the product.
Trip Guide Creator does not sell your personal information.
How information is shared
Trip Guide Creator may share information with service providers that help operate the app, including hosting, storage, email delivery, analytics, security, billing, support, and AI generation vendors.
Stripe receives payment and billing information needed for checkout, subscription management, invoices, payment processing, and customer portal services. Trip Guide Creator does not store full card numbers.
Viator and other third-party booking providers may receive information when you choose to open or complete a third-party booking flow. Those providers control their own checkout, booking terms, cancellation terms, and privacy practices.
Data retention
Account, trip, billing status, audit, support, and operational records are kept for as long as needed to operate the service, support accounts, maintain security, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and preserve reliable app behavior.
Cancellation does not automatically delete trip data. Some data may remain in backups, logs, billing records, or support records for a limited period or as required by operational needs.
Your privacy rights

Uploaded documents and imported email attachments are stored privately and checked against supported file types before upload or use. Trip Guide Creator does not currently claim dedicated malware scanning for uploaded files.
You are responsible for using a strong password, keeping your credentials private, and limiting collaborator access to people you trust.
Children's privacy
Trip Guide Creator is not directed to children under 13. Do not create an account or provide personal information if you are under 13.
Trip planners may enter child ages or family travel details for itinerary planning, but users should avoid entering unnecessary sensitive information about children.
Changes
