Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 14, 2026. This update adds disclosures for owner-authorized Google reporting while preserving the existing connected-interface, product, billing, import, and support disclosures.

This Privacy Policy explains how Trip Guide Creator LLC collects, uses, shares, and retains information when you use the Trip Guide Creator web platform, native mobile companion app, checkout, AI Trip Build, email import, connected AI interfaces, travel-provider tools, and support flows.

Trip Guide Creator LLC collects information needed to operate the service, including account details such as username, name, email address, password hash, timezone, access type, subscription status, and support messages.

The app stores trip and itinerary data you choose to enter, including destinations, dates, day plans, stays, food ideas, budget entries, notes, shared-trip comments, booking details, confirmation details, imported itinerary text, and collaborator information.

If upload or import features are used, uploaded itinerary files, forwarded confirmation emails, raw email content, email metadata, or booking attachments may contain sensitive travel information. Trip Guide Creator processes those files or extracted text to provide the requested import or display feature.

Stripe handles checkout, payment methods, invoices, payment processing, and secure billing page functionality. Trip Guide Creator may store billing email, Stripe customer ID, Stripe subscription ID, subscription status, trial or access end date, cancellation status, and related billing audit events.

For a one-time Trip Guide purchase, Trip Guide Creator stores the purchased offer/version, internal account and trip association, amount/currency, provider transaction references, entitlement/refund/dispute state, and finite AI allowance usage. Private trip titles, destinations, travelers, and document content are not placed in Stripe metadata or commerce analytics.

For AI Trip Build purchases, Trip Guide Creator may store intake details such as destinations, dates, traveler count, traveler type, interests, lodging details, arrival and departure details, food preferences, accessibility notes, special notes, and generation status.

The web platform and native mobile companion app may collect basic analytics, device, browser, and usage information such as pages viewed, approximate technical identifiers, browser type, device type, referral information, and performance or error signals.

This information is used to understand site behavior, improve reliability, troubleshoot issues, and protect the service.

If you optionally answer the post-purchase question about why you chose one-time access, Trip Guide Creator stores only the selected response category with the relevant internal commerce context. The answer does not include trip content.

Your information is used to create and secure accounts, sign you in, save trip data, support shared-trip features, process uploads and imports, provide AI Trip Build generation, send service emails, manage subscriptions, handle support requests, maintain audit logs, prevent abuse, and improve the product.

Trip Guide Creator does not sell your personal information.

Trip Guide Creator may share information with service providers that help operate the app, including hosting, storage, email delivery, analytics, security, billing, support, and AI generation vendors.

Stripe receives payment and billing information needed for checkout, subscription management, invoices, payment processing, and customer portal services. Trip Guide Creator does not store full card numbers.

Viator and other third-party booking providers may receive information when you choose to open or complete a third-party booking flow. Those providers control their own checkout, booking terms, cancellation terms, and privacy practices.

When you choose to connect Trip Guide Creator to ChatGPT or another supported AI interface, Trip Guide Creator may provide that interface with the minimum information needed to perform the action you request. Depending on the tool and level of detail you choose, this may include a connection status or privacy-safe account profile, trips you own, itinerary details, document metadata, product capabilities and limits, travel-provider status, sponsorship-status reads, supported provider search results, or provider handoff details. Document contents, storage keys, signed download URLs, passwords, payment-card details, private billing identifiers, and raw provider transaction records are not provided through the ChatGPT connection.

If you approve a write action, the connected interface may send a request to create or update an owned trip, add or update an itinerary item, remove an itinerary item after explicit confirmation, or create an external provider handoff. Trip Guide Creator verifies the connected account, granted permissions, ownership, product access, feature flags, concurrency controls, and idempotency before applying a change. The connection cannot administer billing, change prices or entitlements, activate sponsorship, or complete a travel booking or payment.

OpenAI receives the data returned for your requested tool under OpenAI's applicable terms and privacy practices. Disconnecting or revoking the connection prevents future Trip Guide Creator access but does not control information another service already retained under its own policy. Provider handoffs leave Trip Guide Creator and are governed by the provider's terms and privacy practices.

OAuth authorization codes expire after 10 minutes, access tokens expire after 15 minutes, and rotating refresh grants expire after 30 days unless revoked sooner. Stored OAuth credential values are hashed. App-specific operational telemetry is minimized to the tool name, outcome, status, latency, correlation value, safe error code, app version, and a keyed pseudonym. It does not store ChatGPT prompts, tool arguments, tool results, names, email addresses, trip text, or raw account keys. These diagnostics become eligible for bounded deletion after seven days under scheduled retention controls; a failed run or backlog may delay removal after that eligibility point. Account deletion removes customer-linked ChatGPT authorization codes and tokens, subject to the limited legal, security, audit, support, and backup retention described elsewhere in this policy.

Trip Guide Creator’s Admin reporting connector uses an owner-authorized Google Account to retrieve Google Analytics, Search Console and Google Ads reporting data for internal business reporting. The Analytics and Search Console permissions are read-only. Google Ads uses a broader account permission; this connector uses it for reporting queries and does not create, edit or delete ads, campaigns or account settings.

The connector retrieves reporting data from Google, processes responses and derived totals in Trip Guide Creator’s Cloudflare-hosted application, and returns them to authenticated Admin users. It may reuse results from application memory for five minutes. This is a reuse limit, not a deletion deadline: expired results can remain in memory until replaced or the application instance ends. This connector does not write reporting responses or derived totals to Trip Guide Creator’s database, files or object storage, or send them to customers or partners. These statements describe the Admin connector, not separate reporting workflows.

OAuth refresh credentials are retained in protected operational secret storage to support continued reporting. Operator-side credential backup copies also exist. The Google Account owner can revoke access through Google Account settings. Revocation does not automatically remove stored credentials, backup copies or previously retrieved data. Credential and backup removal is handled manually; contact support@tripguidecreator.com to request removal.

Trip Guide Creator may use limited Partner Program records to understand whether a signup was associated with an approved partner link or code.

Partner reporting is limited to safe business review fields and excludes customer private trip content, uploaded documents, booking confirmations, passports, tickets, payment details, private trip notes, raw forwarded email content, and private uploaded files.

Approved partners do not receive default access to customer accounts, private trip details, documents, confirmations, files, or payment information.

Account, trip, billing status, audit, support, and operational records are kept for as long as needed to operate the service, support accounts, maintain security, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and preserve reliable app behavior.

Cancellation does not automatically delete trip data. Some data may remain in backups, logs, billing records, or support records for a limited period or as required by operational needs.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or objection regarding certain personal information.

Trip Guide Creator uses administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards intended to protect information. No online service can promise absolute security.

Uploaded documents and imported email attachments are stored privately and checked against supported file types before upload or use. Trip Guide Creator does not currently claim dedicated malware scanning for uploaded files.

You are responsible for using a strong password, keeping your credentials private, and limiting collaborator access to people you trust.

Trip Guide Creator is not directed to children under 13. Do not create an account or provide personal information if you are under 13.

Trip planners may enter child ages or family travel details for itinerary planning, but users should avoid entering unnecessary sensitive information about children.

This policy may be updated over time as the app evolves. The latest version published in the app will control current use of the service.
