Terms of Service

Effective date: January 1, 2026.

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Trip Guide Creator and related services operated by Trip Guide Creator LLC. By creating an account, starting checkout, using the app, or continuing to use the service, you agree to these terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

You may use Trip Guide Creator only if you can form a binding agreement and are permitted to use the service under applicable law. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials private and for all activity under your account.

You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and completeness of information you enter, including usernames, passwords, trip details, collaborator invitations, billing details used with Stripe, and any itinerary or booking details you provide.

Trip Guide Creator is a travel-planning and trip-companion app that helps users organize trips, itinerary days, stays, food ideas, budgets, shared trip copies, AI Trip Build intake, and third-party tour search surfaces.

The service is a planning and organization tool. It is not a travel agency, travel insurer, tour operator, transportation provider, lodging provider, restaurant, or emergency service.

AI-generated itineraries, including AI Trip Build drafts, are first drafts for planning convenience. They may contain mistakes, incomplete information, outdated assumptions, or suggestions that are not suitable for your trip.

You must verify hours, prices, transportation, reservations, availability, travel documents, accessibility, health and safety requirements, and suitability before relying on an itinerary or trip suggestion. Trip Guide Creator does not promise AI accuracy or real-time travel facts.

Tours, experiences, transportation, lodging, restaurants, events, insurance, attractions, and other services may be provided by third parties. Prices, availability, cancellation rules, refund rules, provider terms, safety rules, and booking terms are controlled by those providers.

Trip Guide Creator may help you search for and organize third-party options, including Viator partner experiences, but checkout and fulfillment occur with the provider unless expressly stated otherwise. Trip Guide Creator is not responsible for third-party services, provider acts or omissions, provider cancellations, schedule changes, quality, safety, or refunds.

You retain ownership of trip content you create or provide. You grant Trip Guide Creator a limited license to store, process, display, transmit, and back up that content as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the service.

You may not upload, paste, share, or store unlawful, malicious, infringing, deceptive, confidential, unauthorized, or harmful content. Only upload or enter booking documents, itinerary files, images, or confirmation details that you are authorized to use.

Uploaded files and trip content may contain sensitive travel information and may be visible to authorized trip collaborators depending on your sharing settings.

Paid app access is managed through Stripe. The self-serve app may include a free trial and then renews automatically on the plan selected at checkout until canceled.

Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law, duplicate charge, erroneous charge, or verified unrepaired platform failure. Canceling stops future renewals, and access continues through the end of the current paid billing period.

Cancellation does not immediately delete trip data. If a paid subscription, trial, or access period ends, paid features may stop until access becomes active again.

The AI Trip Build is a one-time $15 digital service for generating or preparing an editable first-draft itinerary for up to 15 travel days. It is separate from the recurring membership.

If a traveler selects trip dates longer than 15 travel days, AI Trip Build generation covers only the first 15 travel days. The traveler may manually add or edit additional days in the app.

AI Trip Build fees become non-refundable once generation begins or the draft is delivered, except where required by law, duplicate charge, erroneous charge, or verified service failure. Support-approved retries do not guarantee another generation.

Trip Guide Creator is the brand used by Trip Guide Creator LLC. Do not use this name, mark, product design, logos, page copy, interface design, or other protected materials in a way that suggests ownership, endorsement, or affiliation without permission.

The app, website, design, text, software, workflows, and other service materials are owned by Trip Guide Creator LLC or its licensors, except for user content and third-party materials.

If you believe content on the service infringes your copyright, contact support@tripguidecreator.com with the information described in the DMCA / Copyright Policy.

Trip Guide Creator LLC may remove allegedly infringing content and may suspend or terminate accounts of repeat infringers or users who misuse the service.

The service is provided as is and as available. Trip Guide Creator does not promise uninterrupted service, error-free operation, absolute security, or that travel information, AI output, imports, or third-party data will be accurate, current, available, or suitable.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trip Guide Creator LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; travel disruptions; third-party provider issues; lost reservations; lost data; or reliance on unverified trip information.

Trip Guide Creator LLC may suspend or terminate access if an account violates these terms, creates security or operational risk, infringes rights, attempts to abuse billing or support flows, or harms the service or other users.

You may stop using the service at any time. Subscription cancellation is handled through the billing management flow when available.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
