Refund & Cancellation Policy

Last updated: June 12, 2026. This update adds Partner Program link and compensation-review language without changing the original effective date of this Refund & Cancellation Policy.

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to Trip Guide Creator subscriptions, AI Trip Build purchases, and related services operated by Trip Guide Creator LLC.

Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law, duplicate charge, erroneous charge, or verified unrepaired platform failure.

Canceling a subscription stops future renewals. Travelers retain access through the end of their current paid billing period.

Cancellation does not immediately delete trip data. Paid features may remain available until the paid access period ends, and then may be limited unless the subscription is reactivated.

If you cancel, your access continues through the end of your paid billing period. You will not be charged again unless you reactivate or start a new subscription.

The AI Trip Build is a one-time $9.99 digital service. Standard and Premium can generate up to 15 travel days; Starter can generate the first 5 travel days unless the account is upgraded before generation. Longer trips can still be created and edited in the app, with later days completed manually. Once generation begins or the draft is delivered, the fee is non-refundable except where required by law, duplicate charge, erroneous charge, or verified service failure.

The AI Trip Build is separate from the recurring membership.

Third-party bookings, tours, experiences, lodging, transportation, events, insurance, restaurants, or attractions follow the third-party provider's own cancellation and refund rules.

Trip Guide Creator helps organize your trip but is not responsible for third-party provider cancellations, refunds, credits, fees, schedule changes, or service issues unless expressly stated.

Using a partner link or code does not change the customer refund and cancellation rules in this policy.

Any Partner Program compensation review is handled separately from customer refund eligibility and does not create a customer refund guarantee, travel guarantee, or third-party provider obligation.

This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
