How do Viator tour bookings sync into my trip?

When you open a Viator tour from inside Trip Guide Creator, Trip Guide Creator creates a tracking link for that trip. If Viator later provides eligible booking-event data for that reservation, Trip Guide Creator can match the booking back to your trip and add it to the correct day/timeline. This helps you organize the trip, but it does not replace Viator booking management. Viator controls checkout, payment timing, availability, cancellations, refunds, and provider changes. If you cancel or change a Viator tour, manage that in Viator first, then delete or edit the item in Trip Guide Creator if it does not update automatically.
