Why did AI Document Import fail?
Extraction can fail because of unsupported file type, unreadable document, file size, usage limits, permission, or service error.
AI Document Import is limited to supported files and Premium access. If it fails, you can enter the details manually, try another supported document, or contact support with the document name and trip day. Do not include passwords or payment card data in support messages.
