Use Today view and Trip Packet when the trip gets closer.

Flights, hotels, food ideas, documents, and notes can be added after the trip exists.
Review each day
Open the day pages to build the plan in a readable order.

Do I need every booking before creating a trip?
No. Create the trip first, then fill in details as you book them.
Can I change the dates later?
