Effective date: June 12, 2026

Agreement acceptance

By applying to the Partner Program, accepting active partner status, or using any Trip Guide Creator partner link or code, you agree to these Partner Program terms.

Activation requirement

Active partner status requires recorded agreement and disclosure approval.

A partner should not be moved to active good standing until Trip Guide Creator has recorded agreement acceptance, agreement version, acceptance date, disclosure acknowledgement, reviewed partner details, approved slug and referral code, and approved offer eligibility.

Program purpose and review

The Partner Program allows approved travel professionals, travel businesses, and qualified creators to recommend Trip Guide Creator as a post-booking travel command center.

Submitting an application or acknowledging a disclosure requirement does not guarantee approval, active partner status, links, codes, customer savings, or compensation eligibility. Partner links and codes are issued only after manual review and approval.

Disclosure obligations

Partners must clearly disclose that they may receive compensation when someone signs up through their Trip Guide Creator link or code.

The disclosure must be visible, understandable, and close to the recommendation. A suitable disclosure is: "I may receive compensation if you sign up through my Trip Guide Creator link or code."

Responsible recommendations

Partners must not make misleading claims about Trip Guide Creator, customer savings, approval, eligibility, compensation, travel outcomes, or customer conversion.

Partners must not claim that Trip Guide Creator replaces travel advisors, planners, agencies, insurers, booking providers, or professional travel expertise. Trip Guide Creator is an organization tool for real booked trips.

Privacy and customer data limits

Partners must not claim, request, or imply access to customer private trip content, uploaded documents, confirmations, passports, tickets, payment details, or private notes.

Partner reporting is limited to safe business review fields and excludes sensitive customer trip, document, upload, payment, and private-note content.

Promotion, brand, and code rules

Partners must not promote Trip Guide Creator through coupon spam, unrelated deal pages, low-context link drops, misleading AI claims, unauthorized brand use, or other activity that could confuse customers.

Public-facing partner materials must use the full Trip Guide Creator name, follow approved brand and disclosure rules, and avoid implying ownership, employment, agency, franchise, joint venture, or guaranteed endorsement.

Eligibility, review, and payment controls

Commission and offer eligibility are subject to account standing, partner status, program rules, refund and chargeback review, customer eligibility, and Trip Guide Creator review.

Payment review and related operational details may be handled in private partner materials or admin records. This public agreement page does not publish private commission amounts, payment thresholds, ledger mechanics, or sensitive internal reporting details.

Pause, disablement, termination, and updates

Trip Guide Creator may pause, disable, terminate, withhold eligibility, or restrict partner links and codes for policy violations, privacy concerns, misleading promotion, brand misuse, security risk, customer harm, or operational need.

Partners are responsible for their own tax, business, disclosure, and legal obligations. Trip Guide Creator may update Partner Program terms, and the accepted agreement version and date should be recorded before activation.
